Where We Learn Matters

Green Apple Day of Service is a global movement to put all children in schools where they have clean and healthy air to breathe, 
where energy and resources are conserved, and where they can be inspired to dream of a brighter future. This community service day gives community volunteers, parents, teachers, students, companies and local organizations the opportunity to work together to transform all schools into healthy, safe and productive learning environments through local service projects.

Water Conservation Project

Join USGBC Central California to make our local schools water wise during Green Apple Day of Service 2015, volunteers will upgrade water systems at local schools and implement a water savings campaigns for schools in Madera Unified and Sierra Unified. Sign up today to join our volunteer crew!
